be sent to the client's office electronically over the Internet.
This increases cashflow by eliminating invoice delivery delays.

All electrical utility and billing data
is available to view online in a standard web browser. Building,
Tenant, Meter, and Billing information is all available for viewing
and downloading by URA Group's clients and their managers.

URA Group's BORG web access system
allows clients to write and save their own SQL (Structured Query
Language) Database queries. Customized reports can include the exact
information that the client needs, presented in their own format.
Clients may write queries directly in the BORG system, or retain
URA Group to write custom queries for them. Clients may create sub-accounts
for their property managers and control the data they access with
customized queries.

Excel spreadsheets may be created
directly from database table information and queries. Spreadsheets
may be viewed in a browser or saved, copied, and pasted into the
client's computer for further formatting.

Graphical charts may be created
by the BORG SQL Query system. They may be viewed in the browser
and saved on the client's computer.

can be provided for verification and accuracy of billing.

of AMR (Automated Meter Reading) technology.
Remote Ready and electronic arrangements
URA Group can provide Survey Cost and
Analysis as an alternate method in determining costs where metering
